彭德军：男，1980 年 6 月出生，讲师，2006 年 6 月硕士毕业于江苏大学应用数学专业，主要从事数学分析，数学建模，高等数学等课程的教学工作。科研主要从事模糊复分析、多属性决策等方面的研究。近年来，在国内外学术期刊上公开发表学术论文十余篇，其中，论文《fuzzy 复值测度与 fuzzy 复值可测函数》获海南省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖。主持或参与各类科研项目6 项。
